SAFEGUARDING POLICY

One4All Community CIC recognizes its statutory and moral responsibility to safeguard the welfare of all individuals who engage in our community activities, especially children and adults at risk.

Our Commitment:

• DBS Checks: All directors, staff, and regular volunteers will undergo an Enhanced DBS check before facilitating any community sessions or workshops.

• Risk Management: A thorough health and safety risk assessment is conducted for every community space we operate in (cafes, libraries, or outdoor gardens) to ensure a secure environment for all neighbors.

• Safe Spaces: We maintain a zero-tolerance approach towards any form of bullying, harassment, or harm within our physical and digital community spaces.

• Professional Training: Our core team is trained to recognize signs of vulnerability, harm, or neglect and follows strict national guidelines for reporting and escalation.

• Designated Lead: We have a clear procedure for reporting concerns. Our Safeguarding Lead ensures all interactions within the community are conducted with dignity and safety.
