THE MODEL: A CIRCULAR PATH TO EMPOWERMENT
We bridge the gap between social therapy and professional artistic practice through a three-phase approach:
Phase 1: The Sanctuary (Soft Entry)
We host "Tea & Art" sessions where the kettle is always on. By lowering the emotional and physical barriers to entry, we create a safe haven for local residents experiencing loneliness, social isolation, or mental health challenges.
Phase 2: The Studio (Skill Building)
We transform these social gatherings into professional production lines. Participants are mentored by local artists to explore multi-disciplinary crafts—ranging from painting and sculpture to collaborative design—fostering high-quality artistic output and personal confidence.
OUR IMPACT (2021– 2023)
Three years of grassroots success in Hackney:
36 Months of Engagement: Consistent, reliable community support and creative intervention.
100+ Creative Sessions: A track record of turning social isolation into artistic collaboration.
Invisible to Visible: Empowering underrepresented voices to take ownership of their creative and economic futures.
THE VISION: SCALING FOR CHANGE
"We are ready for our next chapter: A permanent High-Street Hub."
After three years of organic success, One4All is ready to scale. We are seeking a permanent home to establish our first Living Lab—a dedicated shopfront and studio where the high street meets social good.
Our goal is to create a vibrant local landmark where the community meets the craft, and where every invisible voice finds its permanent seat at the table.
"We have the history. We have the community. We are now looking for the space to make it permanent."
Phase 3: The Shopfront (Economic Visibility)
Every piece created at our table is professionally curated and showcased. This phase provides participants with a platform for their voices to be heard, a sense of profound civic pride, and a pathway to micro-income through the sale of their work.
